We collect information you provide when creating or using a PHW account, including your name, username, email address, account credentials, profile information, and information you submit about horses, ownership or management access, competition results, documents, photos, videos, Performance Proof, disputes, sponsor inquiries, and other platform activity.

Some PHW information is intended to be public, such as horse profiles, performance records, selected photos and videos, registrations, incentives, owner or trainer names when provided, and published sponsor information. Account email addresses, authentication credentials, private administrative notes, sponsor inquiry contact details, and other information marked or designed as private are not displayed publicly unless you choose to publish them through a feature that clearly indicates public visibility.

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate horse profiles and performance records, manage ownership and permissions, process verification and disputes, respond to support and sponsor inquiries, maintain platform integrity, improve PHW features, communicate about account activity, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

PHW uses third-party providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, and other infrastructure services. These providers may process information on PHW's behalf as necessary to provide their services. PHW does not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may send transactional or service-related messages necessary to operate your account, such as email confirmation, password reset, security, moderation, ownership, verification, and support communications. Marketing or promotional communications may use separate consent or opt-out controls when offered.

PHW and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, session identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and similar technical data to keep users signed in, protect accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, understand service performance, and operate the website.

PHW is not intended for children under 13. Users who are under the age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction should use PHW only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should contact us if they believe an account has been compromised.
